For those of us born in late Generation X and early Boomer, this shift is causing a good deal of stress. Our children are showing us a certain wisdom in this way of working. However, we're not very well equipped to adopt these habits. In some way, it's our resistance to this new way of working that is charging the Millennials. For us, innovation may simply mean understanding the inevitable tide that is coming.
